The Disaster Management Unit...now in action!

Expanding its services, The YPF established an operational unit attached to a fully fledged disaster management centre established in the district of Matara on the 20th of March 2010. The Centre is implemented with the corporation of the Kamburupitiya Divisional Secretariat. Funded by Sri Lanka Centre for Development Facilitation (SLCDF) the centre is equipped with boats and other equipment required for disaster management in the Matara district.
